Microsoft Outlook Menus and Toolbars (Workgroup Client)

Within Microsoft Outlook there is a menu labeled EasyTaskLink and an EasyTaskLink Toolbar.  For Example, functions for the Document Library can be access from a drop-down menu.

Use the toolbar to access the following functions:

1.      All My Tasks – View tasks separated by project in this alternative screen.

2.  Refresh Outlook Tasks – Sync the Outlook Tasks Folder with the EasyTaskLink database Tasks.

 3.       Toolbar Icons – Access task detail, status report, journal entry, discussion.
