Begin by developing the project plan as you normally do from within Microsoft Project. To create task details and insert your project tasks into the EasyTaskLink database, simply click the Publish Project/Sync Project button on the EasyTaskLink toolbar or from the EasyTaskLink Menu.
Before publishing is complete you are given an opportunity to map Microsoft fields to EasyTaskLink custom fields and to add email addresses for Microsoft Project resources to receive tasks from their Outlook.
