Tasks can be automatically send to team members once the project is published into EasyTaskLink. All you need to do is to setup the team members to use the E-mail Mode. From the Server E-mail Configuration uses the "Using Microsoft Outlook" options and be sure Outlook is active in all time.
Set the following options for team members to auto receive tasks.
1. Auto Send Successor Tasks – new task will be automatically sent when the previous task is 100% completed and the project is updated.
2. Auto Send Current Tasks – current tasks will be automatically send.
3. Include Attachments – to include the attachments with tasks.
