Export Views data to Excel is one of the useful feature. You can create any reports in Views and saves it to send out to anyone for review. Once the Views is setup and define the type of fields from Excel View...Definition. The Views Report can be exported to Excel.
1. From the Project Center highlight the project plan then select Reports...Views. The Views screen is displayed.
2. Right mouse click on the Views type and select Excel View...Run.
Excel will automatically be invoked, displaying the selected data in spreadsheet form, as shown below.
