View Conversations

Conversations will be saved in folders when they are created.

  1. To view the conversation, click the View Conversation menu.


     
  2. To view the single email conversation that was previously created, use the Selected function. The conversation will be displayed on your screen.
  3. To view all the conversations click All. The Conversations screen is displayed. Each of the conversations will be displayed with the related emails that created the conversation. Highlighting the conversation or email will give you the preview of the contents to the right or bottom of the screen. Double clicking the selection will open its contents.
Highlighting the conversations or related emails will open the contents. You may also use the double-click operation to open its contents.
The conversations can be renamed. Once the conversation is renamed it will also be renamed in Outlook.
Only conversations can be deleted.
Expands all conversations and related emails.
Collapses all conversations and related emails.
Updates the Conversations screen.
Exits the Conversations screen.

Conversations can be viewed from Outlook Mail Folders. If you wish to see the related emails, from the toolbar click EasyCombineMail...View Conversation...All.
