Export Views data to Excel is very useful. You can create any reports in Views from the Project Center...Reports...Views and saves it to send it out to anyone for review. Once the Views is setup and define the type of fields from Excel View...Definition to displays in Excel. You can export any Views data from any Views by highlighting the Views then right mouse-click to bring up the popup menu and select Excel View…Run.
Excel will automatically be invoked, displaying the selected data in spreadsheet form, as shown below.
Right mouse click on the Excel Views will bring up the drop down menu. Please refer to the Dashboard View Attributes, Dashboard Task Operations and Dashboard View Operations for details.
View Detail - Highlight the task will show the task detail.
View Attachments - View the task attachment.
Add Task - Add New Task to the project.
Remove Task - Remove the task from project.
Refresh - Refresh the dashboard.
Start Auto Refresh - Automatically update the cell information in the dashboard.
Update Current Row - Update selected row in the database.
Update All Changed Rows - Update all changes in the database.
