The first step to using EasyTaskLink should be to setup your Users and your Groups. While you can add Users or Groups anytime, spending a little time up front to decide who your team members are, and who you would like to send notifications to, will save you some time down the road. When a project plan is created and assignees are added to the plan the system automatically creates a project level group.
Within EasyTaskLink Professional Groups are distribution lists used for notifications. If a Group is set to receive a notification, anyone added to the Group will receive the notification.
