EasyTaskLink is a comprehensive task management software. The Task Database enables you to share project tasks and project plans with your team members in Outlook. It adds status reporting functions to Microsoft Project. Using Outlook as the standard interface, the project team is able to access and update status information. Not only can team members view their tasks in the Outlook Tasks Folders, they can view/update task details, journals, status, attachments, task versions, percent completed and hours used. Task status is reported in real time freeing up project manager's time to focus on bigger issues.

• The Project Manager assigns tasks using a standalone interface or from within the Microsoft Project Plan. Assignments will be pushed to the team member's Outlook Tasks Folders. As a result, you can track un-scheduled tasks such as overhead, preparatory, management and direct project scheduled tasks.
• Team members report task status details in Outlook Tasks Folders and the master Microsoft Project Plan is updated automatically. With EasyTaskLink, team members will not be forced to learn new tools and will work in the paradigm they are familiar with.
• EasyTaskLink automatically sends notifications to team members to remind them to file task status reports. No more chasing down status reports.
