How to: Using the Task Detail Screen
Task Detail is the place where you keep all the task related information. To access to Task Detail highlight the Project Task form the Project Center Task Panel then click the View Task Detail button will bring up the Task Detail screen.
Assignment - Project Manager setup assignment for assignees.
Status Reports- Project Managers automatically receive status report updates from the assignees.
Dependency - If a task's actual start date depends on the actual starts or actual finishes of another task, then there is a Task Dependency between them.
Attachment - is the place where you keep the files associated with the task.
Journal - provides a space to log discussions.
Discussion - is the offline discussions. This is a place to record the discussion of the topics.
